App & PortalI'm just so fed up with trying to order online from this store. The website keeps messing up and won't take my address, so I can't even place an order. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times, but all I get are empty promises that never get fixed. I even tried getting a same-day delivery, but it still didn't show up. The customer service I dealt with was just awful - they didn't give me any real help at all. So, I'm done with them and I'll find somewhere else to get my pet stuff.

App & PortalI used to be able to just browse the website to see if they had the items I wanted in stock, but now I'm being forced to create an account just to check. There's no option to skip that step or to say no to their terms. It's sign up or have no access, which I find pretty unacceptable.
