CommunicationI'm so frustrated with this brand, it's hard to put it into words. The customer service from the head office in Montreal is just terrible. They don't even bother to read emails properly, just sending out generic responses. And don't even get me started on the Style Insider program - it's a total rip-off. You never actually get any of the certificates they promise. Such a waste of time and money.
