Returns & RefundsI am so disappointed with the customer service of this company. I've been trying for weeks now to return some items and get my money back, but they're not answering my emails at all. It feels like they're purposely avoiding giving refunds, which is so sketchy, don't you think? There wasn't even a return label or address in the package, which has made things even more frustrating. Their lack of transparency and willingness to assist customers is a big turn-off. If you care about your time and money, I'd recommend staying away from this company.

Returns & RefundsWe ordered some sparkly eye shadow from this store, and it was not good at all. It took forever to arrive from the US to Canada, and when it finally got here, it was a dud! We tried to return it since it was still unopened, but they refused. Their customer service was terrible and now we're stuck with a useless product.

Returns & RefundsI just sent back 4 things I bought for $168, but Pat McGrath didn't confirm getting it and won't give me my money back. Dealing with their customer service was awful because it was all automated and didn't really help. It's annoying to have such a bad experience with a brand I used to love. And it was confusing that I had to send stuff back to the USA when I ordered from a UK website, costing me a lot for shipping. Now I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again.
