CheckoutI was really disappointed with my recent experience at that cosmetic company. I got charged for a gift with purchase that was automatically added to my basket, even though I didn't pick it out myself. When I talked to customer service about it, they just told me to make sure I double-checked everything in my basket next time. I didn't think that was a good enough answer because I think customers shouldn't have to pay for items they didn't actually choose. On top of that, they said I couldn't get a refund and if I wanted to return the product, I'd have to pay for international shipping. I was really mad about the lack of accountability and decent customer service in that situation.
