I bought some Tonie box figures for my kids back in November, eh. But I had a bunch of problems with my order that really didn't sit well with me. I had to follow up after a few weeks to find out that there was an issue with one of the figures. I said okay to getting a different one, but now I still haven't got the replacement or my money back. Oxygen Boutique hasn't been good at keeping me in the loop, and it's making me super frustrated. It feels like I got scammed out of my money without getting what I paid for, you know?

The selection at this boutique is absolutely amazing, so I ended up getting this beautiful pink silk blouse that I just couldn't say no to. Ordering it was a breeze, and my package arrived fast and nicely wrapped. The customer service was fantastic, and I felt like they really looked after me the whole time. The prices might be a tad high, but the quality of their stuff makes it worth it. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer and showing some love for this family-run business.

I can't believe this company has been called out on Trustpilot. It's so bad that they can get away with selling products that don't work and then blame the customer when things go wrong. Their customer service is just terrible, and the way they respond to complaints is unreal. They even reported me to Trustpilot for being offensive when all I did was share my experience.

It's funny how they can respond quickly to a review but ignore a formal complaint that could lead to legal action. Thankfully, my bank apologized, refunded my money, and gave me extra as a goodwill gesture. It's clear that they just sell faulty products and refuse refunds by blaming the customer. It's really shameful behavior.

Consumer rights are also looking into this company, and I'm not surprised. They kept my faulty dress that I returned, blamed me for damage, and then made up excuses like saying it smelled heavily of perfume or was covered in makeup. It's absurd. They need to stop reporting my honest reviews.

I can't believe they're still in business with their lack of customer service and all the lies they tell. Their reviews speak for themselves. I never got a brand new dress like they claimed and they kept my money and faulty dress. They need to stop censoring reviews.
