Original Penguin - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought something from this company and paid extra for next-day delivery. Man, was it ever a letdown. They said my stuff would get to me the next day but then, seven days later, no sign of it even being shipped out. When I called customer service to see what was up, they just fed me a bunch of lies. It was such a terrible time dealing with them, I wouldn't want my worst enemy to go through that.

I just bought something and got the wrong thing by mistake. Even though I showed proof that it wasn't my fault, they said I had to send it back, wait for a refund, then buy it again. That just doesn't make sense and doesn't feel like good customer service. I think if a company messes up an order, they should fix it without making the customer jump through hoops. The people I talked to were nice, but all they did was talk about rules instead of actually helping me out.

I ordered this item twice and it never came. Customer service was like, "Oops, our bad, here's 20% off... no, wait, 30% off!" But then they went silent after they took my money. Honestly, this company is so unprofessional and unreliable. I'd say steer clear if you can.
