DeliveryI had a bit of a hiccup with a lost item during delivery, but when I contacted customer service, they were super quick to respond and offered me some really good solutions. John S, the person I talked to, was really helpful and got things sorted out efficiently. They gave me the option of getting a full refund or having the product sent again at no extra cost. I was so impressed with how professional they were and how fast they managed to fix the problem to my liking.

DeliveryI had a really frustrating situation where my clothes got swiped on the way to me, but thankfully the customer service team, especially Jade, totally came through for me. I showed them some proof and they helped me sort everything out quickly. I'm so thankful for their support in fixing the problem.

DeliveryI gotta give props to the customer service rep, Carmen, she totally rocked handling my return. But man, waiting forever for my order to show up was not what I had in mind. And don't even get me started on the other staff who couldn't get their act together to check my order. Seriously annoying.
About Nasty Gal
Nasty Gal is a women's fashion retailer known for offering a wide range of clothing, shoes, and accessories targeted at young women. The company was founded in 2006 by Sophia Amoruso, beginning as an eBay store selling vintage clothing. It quickly evolved into a standalone e-commerce platform, distinguishing itself with a unique mix of new and vintage-inspired fashion pieces. Despite experiencing significant growth and popularity, Nasty Gal filed for bankruptcy in 2016. It was subsequently acquired by the Boohoo Group in 2017. Since its acquisition, Nasty Gal has continued to operate as an online retailer, maintaining its focus on fashion-forward, trendy clothing and accessories for women.
