App & PortalI just tried to do a return on the website, but the system couldn't recognize the order number I copied and pasted from my email. I tried to email them, but it looks like the email address they gave is wrong or they're not checking it. It's been really annoying and taking up so much time, all I want to do is return my item and be done with it. It's too bad the return process is turning into such a pain.
