Returns & RefundsThe LED light panels I bought were really good quality and they gave my home decor a cool vibe. But man, dealing with customer service was such a letdown. I wanted to return the package 'cause I didn't need it anymore, but I still haven't gotten my refund. I've tried contacting Nanoleaf multiple times, but I haven't heard back from them at all. This lack of communication and not getting my money back has been super frustrating and left me feeling pretty disappointed with the whole thing.
