I just bought this jacket from that company and I gotta say, the customer service was terrible. I messed up on my address when ordering, so I never got my package. I know it was my fault, but I was hoping for some help or something, especially after spending so much. But nope, they didn't offer me anything - not even a discount or free shipping next time. Their attitude was so rude and unhelpful, and I left feeling super disappointed and annoyed.
