I recently ordered 2 pairs of boots from this company, eh? But, there was some kind of mix-up with the delivery. Even though I gave them my correct address, for some reason, the package ended up in a different province, which made me wait longer to get my stuff. When I contacted customer service for help, they just kept giving me the same tracking number and told me to go ask my local post office. I told them about the mix-up, but they weren't much help, eh. I kept trying to follow up, and they said to give them a few business days to figure it out. But, after that, I never heard back from them, eh.

I was a bit unsure about buying from this company at first after seeing some bad reviews online, but my experience turned out to be pretty good. I bought a few cosmetic second biners, and unfortunately, FedEx messed up the delivery multiple times, even saying it was delivered when it wasn't. But the customer service team was really on the ball and quickly sent out a new package, even speeding up the delivery. I was impressed by how efficient and willing they were to fix things. Even with the little hiccup at the start, I'll definitely think about coming back here for any gear I need in the future.

So, you know, I got these two pairs of boots from this place, eh? And they sent me this tracking thing, pretty cool, you know? But then, the boots ended up in Alaska instead of coming to my house in Missouri. Like, what's up with that, right? So, I told them and they said they'd look into it. But man, it took forever and I was like, where the heck are my boots, dude?! Then they were all, oh, we'll send you a new pair. But, surprise, surprise, still no boots! I ordered them back in July, and now it's February and I still don't have my boots. This place is a total rip-off, eh.

I wasn't sure about ordering from here at first because of the negative reviews, but I thought I'd give it a try anyways. And let me tell you, I'm so happy I did! My order arrived earlier than I thought and everything was perfect. The products were high quality and I'm really happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be back for more in the future.

I went ahead and ordered some jackets, and I was pleasantly surprised when I got a shipping confirmation the very next day. The delivery was super quick, and I got my jackets in just 3 days, way faster than I thought. They were in good shape when they arrived, and the pricing was pretty good too. I didn't have to return anything, but overall, I'm happy with how everything went and would definitely order from them again in the future.
