CommunicationMy recent purchase from this company was a letdown, eh. The customer service was lacking 'cause they didn't reply to my messages, and my package never showed up, eh. At first, I was annoyed and worried it might be a scam, eh. But after trying a bunch of times to get in touch, the customer support finally got back to me and said they were trying to fix things up, eh. They mentioned that FedEx might've messed up the delivery, eh. Even though I'm glad they eventually got back to me, the whole thing wasn't exactly what I was hoping for, eh.
