So, I ordered this Osprey Sling, and guess what? They sent me an Osprey backpack by mistake. When I called customer service to sort things out, not only did they not say sorry for the mix-up, but they also took out $7.95 from my refund to pay for return shipping. Like, seriously? That's totally not cool! They messed up big time, but I'm the one paying for it? No way! I'm definitely not buying from them again after this experience.

I bought a jacket from this company and man, let me tell you, their customer service was a real letdown. I've shopped at a bunch of outdoor stores before, but this one had the absolute worst return policy. I got my jacket right before a holiday, and because they have this super strict 30-day return policy (and that counts the time it takes to ship the item), I couldn't send it back for a refund or even store credit. It was a huge pain and definitely left me feeling pretty sour about the whole experience.

I recently bought a sweater that said it was available. But then I got an email saying my order was canceled with no explanation. It was pretty disappointing not knowing what happened. It's been four days now and I still haven't got my money back. When I called customer service, they told me to wait three more days before I ask again. Waiting for my refund is really frustrating and I'm not happy with the service. I'm thinking twice about buying from them again in the future because of this bad experience.

Total rip-off! I ordered a pair of boots and they're saying they got sent to the wrong province. When I asked for my money back, they just kept giving me excuses and wouldn't help me out. It's ridiculous.
