So, I bought this two-piece outfit the other day, but when it came, the skirt was totally wrong. It was all squished up in a little package like an old rag. I tried emailing and calling for a replacement, but didn't hear back. And when I tried the chat, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. It's just unacceptable how they're treating their customers.

I just got this new handbag from the store and let me tell you, I wasn't too impressed with how things went down. The bag itself is top-notch quality, no doubt about that. But man, the customer service? Not so great. The staff just didn't seem interested or willing to help out, and that really put me off. It's a real shame to see a well-known brand drop the ball like this.

I had a pretty bad time at the Kerry Center store in Shanghai lately. The folks working there were super rude and didn't have any basic manners or customer service skills. It seemed like they were more interested in helping out other customers they probably knew, and totally ignored me. When I eventually got some help and tried on a pair of shoes, I got yelled at for being too close to the mirror because they were worried about me messing up the paper packaging on the floor. That's not cool at all, I've never seen such rudeness in any other fancy store. Plus, when I tried reaching out to the company online about returning something, I got a generic email in Italian even though I wrote in English. I'm also kinda worried about the lack of info on their ethics and sustainability practices. Because of all these awful experiences, I'll be steering clear of this brand in the future.

I've been waiting for customer service to get back to me for a whole week now, and all I keep getting are automated messages. My daughter's clothes got ruined 'cause of the color transfer from a backpack I bought from them. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again and I'll make sure to tell others about it too.
