I bought these winter sandals a couple months back and today was the first time I wore them. It was only an hour before my feet turned all black, just like the sandals. It was terrible.

I bought my wife a $300 handbag she'd had her eye on for ages. But after she wore it only three times, the leather started peeling off. When I reached out to customer service, they just blamed my wife for getting it caught on something. I found their response disappointing and unprofessional. It looks like they have poor quality control and don't take responsibility for their products. I wasn't happy with the handbag or the customer service at all.

The handbag and jacket I bought were so disappointing. I barely used them, but the leather on the handbag is already peeling and the zipper on the jacket (which was $300) broke. My other jacket, from a cheaper store and older, is in better shape even though I wear it more. It's just not right. I won't be buying anything from this brand again.

The quality of this bag is just brutal compared to my Valentino bag, which is still going strong after tons of use. I'm looking for a refund on this sorry excuse for a purchase, ASAP!

I'm really let down by the whole experience and I won't be buying anything from them again.
