I recently bought some fancy clothes from this store, but it was a huge letdown. Even though it's a well-known brand with pricey stuff, shopping online was a total nightmare. The address got messed up when I used Amazon pay, so my package couldn't be delivered properly. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times, but no one picked up. They didn't even bother replying to my emails about the issue. The clothes got sent back twice because the store got the address wrong. In the end, I had to ask for a refund, but they took off a big 15€ for shipping. The whole thing was a total mess, and I was super frustrated and disappointed. I definitely won't be shopping there again.

I ordered some shoes from this website, they arrived on time, but when I opened the box, there was nothing inside.
