Returns & RefundsI had a rough time with that online site. It was so frustrating trying to order stuff and get my money back. Plus, I wasn't happy about having to pay for delivery too. I'd suggest going with better-known brands and stores that care more about keeping their customers happy.

Returns & RefundsLet me tell ya, I bought a pair of shoes a little while back and ugh, what a total mess. I sent those shoes back on time, but here we are months later and still no sign of my refund. Every time I try to get in touch, it's just one excuse after the next. They blame Brexit, don't bother responding to my emails, and act like my phone calls are just a nuisance to 'em. The folks there are so dismissive, like they couldn't care less about us customers. I'm totally fed up with the whole thing, I tell ya.

Returns & RefundsI got this awesome belt, but when it came, it was completely wrecked! I had to keep calling and emailing for three weeks straight just to finally get a return label. So frustrating! I sent it back and now I'm just waiting for my refund. Definitely not buying from here anymore!
