I bought something and they wouldn't give me free delivery even though they said they would. They only had a super expensive delivery option, which is so not fair. Why do they say one thing and do another? It's not fair!

I am so frustrated with how my gifts are packaged. It's like they don't even pay attention to the details. Why can't they just remember to include a gift bag? It's not that difficult! And then they offer to send it separately, but not until Tuesday? That's just silly. And don't even get me started on the "minis" they want to give me as compensation. It's a joke. I want my gift to be complete and look nice right from the beginning, not thrown together at the last minute. They really need to step up their game!

I recently bought some men's shower gel and a candle, hoping for a nicely wrapped box with a bow. But instead, all I got was the shower gel tossed into a delivery box. Pretty disappointing since I was looking forward to a gift-worthy package. The lack of attention to detail and my order being messed up has got me questioning the quality of their products. I tried getting in touch through voicemails and emails, but no reply. This kind of customer service is not cool, especially after they made a mistake. I'm trying to dispute the charge and send back the wrong items. Overall, this whole experience has been frustrating and I'd advise others to be cautious when ordering from them.
