CommunicationSo I decided to treat myself to some new fragrance and skincare products, spending about $300 at the store. But man, was I ever disappointed with the customer service! I reached out to them a few times through email, hoping for some help, but got absolutely no response. It was annoying and really frustrating, especially after dropping that much cash.
