Kids virtual bot toy
I bought this virtual bot toy for my kid and it's kind of like a tablet in how it works. But I think it could use some better AI training. It takes a bit too long to respond and sometimes gives wrong or boring answers when my kid plays with it. I was hoping for more interactive and fun features, like some of the other toys out there. It should be able to learn from my child's actions and conversations and give them a more personalized experience.
Connectivity issue resolved
I had an issue with my things, but the folks were really helpful and got it sorted out quickly. They gave me a call and followed up to make sure everything was alright. Thanks a bunch!
Kid's storytelling device
This thingy is popular with kids who really dig Disney stories, but the battery dies quick and the voice commands are iffy, which can get annoying. It's pretty simple and youngsters get bored of it fast. It might work for little ones who are easily amused, but older kids will get bored of it soon because it doesn't have much to offer. Dealing with customer service is a pain because different reps reply to emails without even reading what was said before, making things super confusing.
