Microsoft Surface Pen purchase
Microsoft Surface Pen purchase
Returns & RefundsEh, so get this - The Microsoft Surface Pen I bought crapped out on me after just 3 months of use, and let me tell ya, I'm pretty cheesed off with the way they handled it. When I tried reaching out for some help through chat support, they sent me to a website with only a bunch of useless articles, and the phone number they gave me just led to some dumb chat bot. And even though I had my order number handy, it seemed like it didn't mean diddly-squat to Microsoft 'cause they didn't offer me any help or fix the problem. It's bad enough dropping nearly $100 on a product that conks out after a few months, but then being left hanging when you need some help? Talk about a real rip-off, eh?
Surface Pro purchase and Microsoft Complete protection plan
Surface Pro purchase and Microsoft Complete protection plan
Returns & RefundsI had a really frustrating time dealing with customer service at this company. It was super hard to get through to a real person because their automated system kept cutting me off. Plus, there was no live chat support available, which made it even harder to get help with my problem. I bought a Surface Pro and got a two-year protection plan called "Microsoft Complete." But the instructions for using the plan were really unclear, and I ended up not getting the repairs I needed at the lower co-pay I was promised. Instead, they wanted to charge me $550, way more than the $49 I was expecting. Overall, the customer service was not great, and I was left feeling really frustrated and unsatisfied.
