I've been having some big problems with my workplace app not working well with Authenticator. I've tried to fix it on my own but it's been going on for months now. I haven't contacted support because the troubleshooting page says I need to get my manager involved, which is a bit of a downer. It's pretty frustrating not to get the help I need.

I've been a customer of this company for so long, but today I've had enough. The authentication process is just brutal, their products are basically unusable, and let's not even start on Outlook - it's just the worst. It feels like they're only interested in making money and couldn't care less about us, the customers. If you're new to their software, I'd steer clear at all costs.

When I tried to reset my password because I kept punching in the wrong pin, I had trouble because I don't have a Gmail or email account on my iPad. It was super annoying because it meant I didn't have many choices for recovering it.

Microsoft Start is such a joke, eh? They say they're all about giving everyone a platform, but honestly, they only want folks who stick to the same old ideas. If you've got a different take or speak out against the norm, good luck trying to get your stuff out there. Their rules are so tilted one way, it's almost funny. No wonder more and more folks are looking for other places to speak their minds without worrying about being shut down.

So, I was helping my sister with her Minecraft Java Edition after the migration and we ran into some issues. Even though she had a Microsoft account, the game made us buy it again, which was a real pain. We were looking forward to playing together again after taking a break, so it was really disappointing. My sister was super upset to find out that she lost an item she had put a lot of money into.

I just bought this extra security thing for my device. It was okay, but I got pretty upset when I found out someone was messing around with my account without permission earlier this month. Turns out, the company got hacked, along with a bunch of other big websites like social media. It's so annoying not being able to tell which messages are real and which ones are fake. I think it's really important for customers like me to have actual people to talk to for help, especially in Canada, who can speak good English. It would make dealing with security stuff like this a lot easier.
