Recent software purchase

Product

The software I bought recently was totally worth it. It was a fantastic deal and I'm really happy with it. But the only thing that bugs me is that I couldn't check if it would work on my computer before I bought it. I only found out after I registered it and tried to install it.

Microsoft update issues

Product

I've been having a lot of trouble lately with those updates from Microsoft. Like, my photos keep getting replaced with crappier versions and I lost all my notes and stuff in One Note. I tried to get some help from them, but they didn't really seem to care. It was pretty disappointing, to be honest.

Software purchase for PC

Product

It's really frustrating to keep dealing with these constant software updates that keep causing my computer to freeze up. It's just so irritating when you're trying to use something and it's just not working properly. If there are other options out there, I'd definitely be thinking about making a switch.

Computer software purchase

Product

I'm really frustrated with the computer software I bought from this company. It was all buggy and bloated, plus it didn't even work right despite costing me a lot. And don't even get me started on their customer support - it was basically non-existent. I could never get any help when I needed it. To top it all off, their AI support agent just made things worse by hanging up on customers instead of actually fixing anything. This kind of incompetence should not be tolerated in this day and age.

Windows 11 and Microsoft's gaming division

Product

Eh, as someone who's been using Microsoft stuff for a while now, I gotta say I'm feeling a bit iffy about the recent changes. Taking away some of the user-friendly stuff we had in Windows 10? Not cool. Having to sign in with a Microsoft Account just to use Windows? Feels like they're cramping our style for no good reason. And don't even get me started on Windows 11's interface - not as easy to figure out, especially when it comes to simple stuff like making shortcuts. Now we gotta go digging through submenus just to do what used to be a quick right-click. Would be great if Microsoft could maybe bring back some of that simplicity and user-friendliness we had in Windows 10.

Microsoft Office Suite

Product

I just bought the Microsoft Office Suite and let me tell you, I am so disappointed in it. It keeps crashing and has so many bugs that it's almost impossible to do any work properly. The customer service folks weren't very helpful and didn't seem to care about fixing my problems. And the price I paid for such a lousy product was just ridiculous. Plus, the delivery took forever, which just added to my frustration with the whole thing.
