I sent an email asking about getting a spare part for my son's ice cream set, and the customer service response I received was pretty sarcastic. They basically said they couldn't just magically replace lost toys. I was disappointed with their lack of empathy and unhelpfulness, especially when other toy companies are more accommodating. Definitely not feeling the Christmas cheer from this company!

Save your money and go shop somewhere else, eh! I can't even say if their toys are good because their customer service sucks, eh. I tried asking about a product twice and didn't hear a peep back. It's just not right to ignore customers like that, eh. If this is how they treat people before they even buy something, I don't want to think about the mess it would be if I had a problem with my order, eh. I'm going to take my business to a place that actually gives a hoot about their customers, eh!
