Wooden toys for 2-year-old
Wooden toys for 2-year-old
ProductI just bought some wooden toys for my 2-year-old granddaughter, and let me tell you, I'm really happy with the quality and durability of them. They arrived quickly and were just like they were described on the website. My granddaughter is so excited to play with her new toys, and I feel good knowing they're safe and well-made. I would definitely suggest these toys to any parent or grandparent searching for top-notch, educational toys for their little kiddos.
Fold & Go barn
Fold & Go barn
ProductI recently bought the Fold & Go barn and I gotta tell you, I am so disappointed with the quality. The wood is splintering all over, the paint is chipped, and it looks terrible overall. It even had paint finger marks on the handle, which shouldn't be there. I tried contacting them on Facebook, but they were so rude and said they couldn't ship it. How did I even get it then if they don't ship to Australia? I'm for sure not buying from them again.
Wooden puzzle purchase
Wooden puzzle purchase
ProductI just bought a wooden puzzle from this company and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with the customer service. When I opened the puzzle, I realized that some pieces were missing. It's frustrating because it's not cool to sell something that's not all there. I got in touch with customer service to ask for new pieces, but they said they couldn't help me out. Other toy companies I've dealt with before have always been cool about sending spare parts without any hassle. Now my daughter's bummed out because she doesn't have the whole set like it shows on the box.
Toys bought for grandchild
Toys bought for grandchild
ProductI bought these toys for my grandkid, and let me tell you, they were totally not worth it. I spent a lot of money on them, just for them to fall apart as soon as my grandchild started playing with them. It was really disappointing to see her go from being thrilled to frustrated every time the toys broke. They need to fix them up because this just wasn't good enough.
Wooden toy purchase
Wooden toy purchase
ProductI bought a wooden toy from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, the quality was pretty disappointing. The paint on the toy started coming off super easily with just a wipe down using water and a paper towel. I was worried about the safety of the paint, so I contacted their customer service. They asked for some photos, but then never got back to me. The return process was a pain too - I had to mail the toy back to their warehouse and include a "return number" on a piece of paper. All in all, it was a frustrating experience and the product quality was definitely not up to par.
Durable and Creative Toys
Durable and Creative Toys
ProductThese toys are awesome, eh! I've bought lots of Melissa and Doug stuff for my grandkids, and they always love them. The quality is so good and they really spark their imagination during playtime. These toys are tough too, they can last through hours of play. The grandkids adore them, and I'm happy they're having fun while learning.
Fishing game purchase for Christmas
Fishing game purchase for Christmas
ProductThe fishing game we bought for our daughter at Christmas was kind of disappointing. The actual product looked nothing like the picture and ad. The string was too short, even our two-year-old couldn't play comfortably with it, even though the kids in the ad looked much older. Also, the spinning wheel had an extra number that wasn't advertised, so they must have changed the design without updating their ads. We didn't get what we expected, and it wasn't for the better. I tried emailing them to talk about these issues, but got no response, which really sucked. The fact that they don't communicate well or listen to customer feedback is a big problem for this brand.
Wooden Toy Building Set
Wooden Toy Building Set
ProductI bought a wooden toy building set from this company and was pretty bummed when a piece went missing. I reached out to customer service to try and get a replacement, but their response was kind of vague and not very helpful. Other toy companies I've ordered from in the past have been a lot more understanding and willing to help out.
