CommunicationSo, I bought this puzzle and craft kit for my niece's birthday, right? I thought it would be awesome because not only would it keep her entertained but it would also get her thinking and being creative. But, yikes, the whole ordering process was a mess. I got an email saying the item was in stock and would be shipped soon, but then nothing happened for days. When I finally contacted customer service, they just gave me excuses and said the item was on backorder with no idea when it would come in. Not cool at all, you know? Communication and transparency are key, especially for important stuff like birthdays. I'm super disappointed in how my order was handled and the customer service experience overall.
