Rib kit gift
Received a rib kit as a gift and let me tell you, I was pretty disappointed. I was pretty stoked to give it a go, but when I opened it up, I was shocked – only $10 worth of stuff in an $80 kit! And not a single set of instructions anywhere in sight. Such a rip-off. If you're considering buying from this company, do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else. Save your cash for something more worthwhile because this was a big letdown.
Christmas gift order
I ordered my Christmas gift with an expected arrival date of December 22, as shown on the confirmation page. Two people saw me do it. I received one confirmation email, but the second one arrived at 1 am on December 22, saying my order would arrive on December 29. I called customer service and spoke to a nice person who tried to help but whoever they talked to made a decision to do nothing. They clearly don't know much about customer service. Another customer suggested they could have fixed it by overnighting my order and covering the cost, but the person in charge didn't have the guts to address the problem. I thought this was a great company based on the funny stuff on their website and emails, but I was really let down. I won't be recommending or supporting them anymore.
Whiskey lover's box
I ordered the Whiskey Lover's Box with the custom etched decanter and glasses, super excited! But when it arrived, it was someone else's order! Can you believe it? I emailed customer service and they were nice, said they'd send me a new crate. Second time around, the crate was missing! What a disaster! All I got was a random bag of jerky and glasses wrapped in paper. Seriously? If they mess up, they should send the WHOLE order again, eh? That's like basic customer service. This was a major letdown, eh.
Beer customized crate
I just bought a personalized beer crate for my partner for Valentine's Day. It got here real quick and was packed real nice. When we opened it up, we found out one of the glasses (for stout) was broken. I sent an email to Customer Service to let them know. They got back to me the next day and actually sent a whole new set of glasses, which was a pleasant surprise. The customer service was top-notch, and I was really impressed with how they handled everything so fast. I had a really good experience with this company and I'll definitely be coming back for more.
