I bought a neon light present from this company, but was let down when it stopped working right after I got it. I called customer service and told them I only opened it after Christmas, but they just said to take it to a repair shop. I wasn't happy with their unhelpfulness or effort to fix the problem. When I spend money on something from a company, I expect better service as a customer.

So I got this gift box from them and it was amazing! I was so pumped to open it and see what was inside. But when I opened it, the box wasn't sealed properly and one of the things was broken. I was really disappointed. I decided to send them an email, even though I didn't think they would reply because most companies don't. But surprise, I heard back from a guy named Harold F. in just 6 minutes. He was super nice and said sorry for my bad experience. He even said he would send me a new box for free and replace the broken thing! I couldn't believe it! 2 days later, I got the new box and the broken thing was already on the way to me. Harold F. was awesome, man!

I got my bro a DIY sauce kit for Christmas and when it arrived at my place, one of the glasses was broken. That was a bummer! But the company was really great about it and sent me a new package right away. The team was awesome and really helped me out a lot.

I didn't know how to get a discount on my purchase, so I decided to shoot a text to the customer service team. Let me tell ya, they were really nice! Hailey helped me out and even gave me back the money I would have saved with the discount. She was so friendly and got back to me in a jiffy.
