CommunicationI recently bought a Gift Crate for Christmas from your company and I'm disappointed with my experience. Just like another customer, I was told it would be delivered by December 22nd and was reassured twice today that it had already been sent and would arrive on time. However, when I checked with UPS, I found out that it was only shipped on December 21st after 5 pm. The customer service communication on December 21st gave me wrong information, which made me lose trust in the company. There was a chance to fix the situation by shipping overnight, considering the mistake that was made, but that didn't happen.
