Man Crates - Reviews and experiences

I just bought two Smash and Grab crates for my nephews as a present. The order got cancelled out of nowhere, and I got my money back on my credit card. I tried reaching customer service a few times, but they couldn't really explain why it got cancelled. There wasn't much communication or follow-up, and it ended up with the crates getting returned by the shipping company. This whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth, so I won't be buying from them again.

I can't trust the delivery info on the website, my order is nowhere to be seen and I've lost hope of getting it before Christmas, eh?

I got a gift for my husband for his birthday but it didn't come on time because FedEx messed up. I contacted customer service and they were so nice and sent me a new package overnight. Even though it was late, my husband loved it! Also, the beef jerky was so good!!

I'm so bummed, my order took a whole week to get here! And when it finally did, the box was all ripped and open. Inside, there was a small box wrapped in duct tape (blah). I mean, I get that it's supposed to be tough, but seriously! I couldn't even try the snacks to see if they're any good. I emailed them about the late delivery, but the email bounced back! Not a great start for my first order.

I just bought a gift kit from this company and paid extra for fast shipping so it would arrive on a certain day. But even though they said they sent it out on time, the carrier didn't get it until later than promised. So the gift ended up being delayed and the person didn't have anything to open on the right day. It might not seem like a big deal, but it was disappointing that they didn't take responsibility and fix the problem right away.

So, my shipment ended up being late but the team was really great about it and they gave me back my shipping money without me even having to bring it up. When my Cocktail Tool Crate finally showed up, I was so stoked with how nice it was and how well it was put together. I had his name put on it and he and I were both totally thrilled. The whole crate delivery process was a cool idea, from the way it looked to the pure entertainment of watching my boyfriend try to open it with that crowbar, it was a memory we won't forget.

I ordered my Christmas gift with an expected arrival date of December 22, as shown on the confirmation page. Two people saw me do it. I received one confirmation email, but the second one arrived at 1 am on December 22, saying my order would arrive on December 29. I called customer service and spoke to a nice person who tried to help but whoever they talked to made a decision to do nothing. They clearly don't know much about customer service. Another customer suggested they could have fixed it by overnighting my order and covering the cost, but the person in charge didn't have the guts to address the problem. I thought this was a great company based on the funny stuff on their website and emails, but I was really let down. I won't be recommending or supporting them anymore.
