Returns & RefundsI bought this makeup product and was really let down by it, so I thought I'd return it. But boy, the return process was a total nightmare. I had to pay for shipping to send it back, and then it took ages for the company to even confirm they got my package. I had to keep bugging them for updates, and then they finally said they'd give me a refund, but that took forever too. The customer service was just awful, so I definitely won't be buying from them again.

Returns & RefundsHonestly, they really messed up my order. I asked for the $80 Light Beige foundation, and what do I get? A totally different shade! On top of that, there's no return label. So now, I have to deal with the extra hassle and cost of return shipping. It's frustrating and feels like a waste of money and time. Next time, I'm definitely buying from Sephora in person, so I can check everything before leaving.
