DeliveryI bought some makeup stuff from your shop not too long ago, but guess what? I never got them! And the cherry on top of it all is that I still got charged for them, even though they never made it to me. I've been trying to get a hold of your customer service team through emails, but no one has gotten back to me yet. This whole situation is just not cool and pretty disappointing. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company to anyone, to be honest.

DeliveryI recently ordered something off your website and I gotta say, the delivery has been a real bummer. I placed my order on October 10th and it got sent out on the 11th, but the package got messed up during delivery and sent back to you guys. You received it back on the 18th. The customer service folks told me no refund can be processed until the logistics department deals with the returned package. It's now October 26th, a whole week since you got it back, and I still haven't gotten my stuff or a refund. This wait and lack of communication ain't cool. I'm hoping for a quick fix and better logistics in the future.
