ProductI just bought the STAR LIT GLITTER MEDIUM PAILLETTES MULTI-EFFETS and I was so let down. They're way bigger and chunkier than the glitter powders I used before, making them not great for kids' makeup. I wanted to try some fun and fancy looks with them, but they just didn't do it for me. The texture and size of the glitter didn't match what I had in mind at all. I wish I knew about their size and texture before I bought them, now I regret getting these paillettes.

ProductI've never had any problems with them. But to be fair, I've never had to reach out to their customer service. I really love the Aqua Resist and AquaXL collections, whether it's in pencil or Ink Liner form. Ever since I found them, they're the only ones I use now.
