Stainless steel cookware purchase
Stainless steel cookware purchase
ProductI ordered some stainless steel cookware online and was super disappointed to see that they all had scratches when they arrived. I contacted customer service and they told me they couldn't guarantee a replacement without scratches. Can you believe that? A $200 pot should not have scratches on it. All they offered me was a tiny 10% discount, it felt like an insult. Next time, I'll go with a brand that actually backs up their products. And to top it off, the products also arrived late.
Non-stick wok purchase
Non-stick wok purchase
ProductThe non-stick wok I bought was really disappointing, you know? Even though I followed all the seasoning instructions carefully, the food still kept sticking to the pan. I've seasoned lots of other pans before without any problems, but for some reason, it just didn't work with this wok. It was so frustrating, especially since I was really looking forward to using it based on the brand's good reputation.
3 pans, ordered to UK
3 pans, ordered to UK
ProductI recently bought 3 new pans online, and let me tell you, they took forever to arrive. And when they finally showed up, the coating on them started peeling off after just a month of use. The folks at the company were nice about it, but honestly, the quality of the pans was not up to par and the long wait was frustrating. Definitely not worth the money I spent, that's for sure.
Skillet purchase dissatisfaction
Skillet purchase dissatisfaction
ProductMy husband and I were so disappointed with this big skillet we bought from that company a year ago. At first, it seemed good but after about 3 months of using it, it was basically useless for cooking. Eggs would stick to every part of it, making it super hard to clean, even on medium heat. We spent a lot on this skillet, so we were really upset with how poorly it worked.
Complete set purchase
Complete set purchase
ProductI just bought this whole set that came with a non-stick pan. But after cooking some bacon in it just once, the pan got all burnt and now I can't even clean it. I even tried using vinegar and baking soda like they said, but it didn't do anything. It's really frustrating to see such crappy quality in a brand that's supposed to be good.
Carbon steel fry pan, rusted
Carbon steel fry pan, rusted
ProductThe carbon steel frying pan I bought started rusting after only a few uses, eh. I was pretty bummed to see that since the company didn't mention it could happen, eh. It's frustrating that the warranty is now expired, especially because I thought this brand was supposed to be top-notch, eh. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

ProductI got this pan made of stainless steel from this brand, and it turned out to be a real letdown in terms of quality. At first, it looked promising, but it soon lost its non-stick abilities. I tried contacting Customer Support for help, but they weren't very helpful. Overall, my experience with this product was not great, especially for how much it cost.
Red Dutch Oven
Red Dutch Oven
ProductI got this red Dutch Oven from a company I saw in a lot of YouTube ads and man, it was a real disappointment! I shelled out over $200 for it and it started falling apart after just a few uses. Food stuck to it like crazy and the enamel started cracking. I thought maybe it was a one-off, but when I tried to reach out to them about the warranty, I got nowhere. Now I'm stuck with this useless pot that I blew my hard-earned cash on. Learn from my mistake and steer clear of this company!
