DeliveryI am so annoyed with my shopping experience at this company. I ordered my stuff more than a month ago, and they said it would be here in 3-7 business days. But it's been over a month now, and still no sign of my order. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times - through their robot, emails, and even by phone - but no luck. They don't seem to care at all. It's like they just make up delivery times and have terrible customer service. No wonder everyone hates them.
