TrackingI ordered foundation earlier this week and it's been a total nightmare, eh? The tracking shows it's been stuck at a distribution centre for days now. The online chat was no help at all, and I was basically told to just sit tight, eh? I'm not impressed with the customer service or the delivery speed, eh.

TrackingMy recent order from this company was a real letdown, eh? I ordered a lipstick and foundation ten days ago, hoping to get it in 3-5 days. But I still haven't seen anything, even though the tracking says it's on its way to Bristol. The lack of updates on my delivery is annoying, and the live chat on their site isn't working either. Just really disappointed, eh.
