Returns & RefundsI bought something from Mac and the customer service was terrible. I got the item, saw it was pretty much the same as something I already had, so I tried to return it. But when I went back to the store less than a day later, they said no refunds, it's their policy. I called head office and they said go back the next day and insist on a refund, but that didn't sit right with me. The manager wasn't helpful at all and just didn't want to give me my money back. The whole thing just made me feel so annoyed and like I wasn't being supported.
