CommunicationI bought a black card online from this company not too long ago. But, after I placed my order, I didn't get any confirmation or order number. I tried reaching out to their customer service through the phone and chat right away. Unfortunately, no one could help me out or give me any answers. It was super frustrating and disappointing not getting any support or communication from their online system. I suggest people avoid using their website and just go to the store to make purchases instead.
