Opened the boxes in mid-April while renovating a row of condos, so I had to act fast. At first glance the fixtures looked well made (surprisingly good finish), but they were over three inches taller than the listing showed — that's not a small difference for trim work. I contacted support right away and it's been weeks into months of slow replies, full voicemail and repeated requests for photos. They won't pay return shipping and only offer store credit, which wasn't acceptable. Delivery itself was fine timing-wise, but the follow-up service is the real problem. Oddly, the packaging was excellent.
