Sat staring at the tracking page for ages — classic procrastination, or the courier? I almost didn't order because I'd had late shipments before and I really needed this for moving day (and my back was already complaining). Still, I took the plunge. Seven weeks later, after three emails, two chats and more "we'll get back to you" than I care to remember, the tracking finally updated — label made two weeks ago but the parcel sat, then suddenly it shipped. Service was slow and communication patchy (they promised replies and... didn't), but once someone actually looked into it they fixed things and it arrived intact. My doubts faded, slowly. Also, tracking updates could use work, honestly — but it's doing its job now.

Nice light, messy billing

the light itself looks good and works fine. Delivery was pretty quick and that was a relief. But dealing with customer service left a sour taste. My promised 25% first-time discount was declined without a clear reason. Then billing got weird — they converted my US charge to CAD and then back to USD on my card, which added about ten dollars in conversion fees. I paid shipping and taxes too. Not a disaster, and the lamp does the job, but these little stumbles make what should be straightforward feel messy.

Great deal, awkward site

I tell you, midway through checkout I nearly gave up. I was buying a ceiling fixture for our kitchen last week and the price caught my eye, but getting from the ad to the exact size I wanted was a mess. I ended up on the manufacturer's site to grab the model number, then had to hunt that code down here — almost bought the wrong diameter. The chat bubble kept sitting on top of the size selector and the little 'x' only shows if you hover, which is annoying and slows the whole thing down. The "LED" wording was vague so I dug into the specs and was relieved to see it uses a standard Edison medium base. Product itself is fine, arrived okay, packaging decent. Good value, clunky experience.

Finally the right fit — took a bit, but worth it

I first spotted these lights on their website after a colleague sent me the link — liked the look right away. At first there was a stock hiccup and I had to change the colour, which was annoying, but the rep actually followed up and found a similar option that would work. It took a couple of back-and-forth emails and yes, a bit longer than I expected, but the moment I opened the box and saw the finish match the photos I knew it was going to be fine. Little scuffs were non-issues and the installer said they were good quality, so that made me relieved — really, that’s when I felt satisfied. I did have to prompt them once for a shipping update, so communication could be tighter, but overall the helpful rep and the final product won me over. I’d recommend them if you don’t need instant delivery and can be patient; I’m glad I stuck with it.

Not what I expected from a repeat buyer

the in-wall remote didn't work and the installer pointed out scratches on the down rod. Fun. I rang back hoping for the same helpful tone and instead got told once installed it can't be returned. That was a complete flip from what I'd been promised. Credit where it’s due: someone did answer the phone, and the first rep sounded sincere, so I at least had that. But the end result feels like getting the rug pulled out: no exchange, no real resolution, and then a replacement fan I ordered that was supposed to arrive in a week — eight weeks later, still nothing. I’ve spent close to five grand here over time, so this stings. I'm glad there was at least initial contact and I wasn't ignored, but overall the experience left me frustrated and reluctant to recommend them. I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.
