OverallOh my gosh, I went to Hudson's Bay and bought the coolest black jeans and a super comfy t-shirt. The store had such awesome stuff, I wanted to buy everything in there! The staff were super nice and helped me find my size. Plus, the prices were pretty good too. When I ordered online, the delivery was crazy fast! Overall, I had an amazing shopping trip at Hudson's Bay and I'm so excited to go back!

OverallThe ordering process was a total disaster. I was trying to buy a coat and boots online, but the website kept crashing and the stuff in my cart vanished. When I eventually placed an order, the confirmation email took forever to come. The service was just as bad - my emails were ignored and when I called customer service, I was left waiting on hold for what felt like forever. The prices were okay, but it wasn't worth all the trouble. And let me tell you about the delivery - my package showed up two weeks late and the items were all smashed due to poor packaging. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that I hope never to go through again.
