Gift purchase mishap

Oh man, I made a mistake when buying a gift and ended up accidentally signing up for auto renewal on multiple orders. But the customer service team was fantastic! I shot them an email and they fixed the error right away on all my orders. I've had issues with other companies when trying to cancel orders, but not with these guys. Their customer service was so helpful and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them!

Renewal info question

I just wanted to find out how much it would be to renew my subscription for six months, including shipping. So, I gave customer service a shout, and let me tell you, those folks were so nice and really helped me out! They laid out all the expenses for me, even the taxes, which was super handy. Thanks to that info, I didn't have to cancel my renewal because I had no idea how much it would all add up to. It would be awesome if we could see renewal costs right on our account page too. By the way, my kid is absolutely loving those craft boxes!

Subscription boxes for a few years

I've been a loyal customer of this company for a couple of years now, getting my subscription boxes on the regular. I've had a few snags here and there, like stuff missing from a box, a billing mix-up, and even getting two of the same crates. But every time I got in touch with their customer service, they were super quick to respond and really helpful. They sent out the missing items right away, sorted out the billing issue with no fuss, and gave me credit for the extra crates. Their customer service team has really wowed me with how fast and friendly they are, so I'll definitely be sticking with their service.

Science kit for kids

I recently bought a science kit for kids from your company and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch! Arantxa, the rep I talked to, really went the extra mile to answer my questions and give me all the info I needed. She was super helpful, polite, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was happy. It's clear that this company values its customers and works hard to make sure we're satisfied.

I had a bit of a rough start with my subscription boxes for education, but when I contacted customer service, they really came through for me. Amanda and her team were awesome - they went the extra mile to fix things and make sure I got what I needed. My son loved everything in the boxes, and now we're pretty pleased customers.

Repeat crate replacement

The customer service at this company is just amazing. My kid was supposed to get the same crate again, but they fixed the problem so quickly and efficiently. The product is really great - the stuff inside is strong and long-lasting, which is perfect for my kids to have fun and be creative with.
