Returns & RefundsI've been getting those subscription boxes for kids for a while now, and I gotta say, the stuff inside always blows me away. The things they have you do are fun and teach you something too, which is awesome for us parents. There was this one time when something broke in the mail, but the customer service folks sorted it out in no time and sent a new one my way without any issues. Good stuff!

Returns & RefundsThat was such an awesome experience with this company! This was my first time using their service, and I was pretty bummed when my box arrived all damaged. But, all it took was a quick pic and a 2-minute email to get things sorted out within a day, and I didn't have to wait on hold at all. They really stepped up, even though it wasn't totally their fault, and fixed the problem without any hassle. Top-notch service all around, big thanks!
