CommunicationThe ordering process went pretty smoothly until there was a problem with the shipping address being wrong. I tried to fix it by giving all the right info, but all I got back was an automated reply at first. But when I reached out again, finally a real person got back to me and helped fix things. It was annoying that it took so long to hear back, but at least the problem got sorted in the end. The product is actually really good quality and does what it says, giving a cool and fun experience.
