TrackingI made a purchase from this company not too long ago, but I still haven't received my order. The tracking info they gave me was wrong for one order, and the other order hasn't even been sent out yet, with no updates in a week. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but they say it might take 5-7 working days for a response. That's just not okay. I feel like I threw away $300 on this order. If I don't hear from a real person soon, I'll have to ask my credit card company for a chargeback.
