Heavy, quiet... and a bit of a saga

new out of the box, fully charged LED, nada. Annoying. I tried to be patient, emailed, called, left voicemails, the whole routine. Took me a couple of weeks of prodding (and yes, a public review) before Kiiroo answered and offered a replacement. So: not a smooth start.
When the second Keon arrived it actually worked, which was relief, plain and simple. The thing feels very solid and heavy — heavier than I expected. That weight makes it feel premium, but it also makes it a bit cumbersome to handle for longer sessions. The sleeve texture is fine, softish, but not as plush as some competitors I’ve used. It’s quieter than I feared, though you still notice it if the room is dead silent. Battery life? Mixed bag: charges slower than newer models I’ve tried, and run time is shorter than advertised — I get maybe an hour on a good charge, sometimes less. It’s usable, don’t get me wrong, but you’ll want to keep a charger handy.
I’ve had better customer service experiences with other small brands, where a quick chat sorted things out in a day. Kiiroo’s response here was slow and frustrating — that’s the main sour note. Once they did reply, they were professional and sent a replacement, so credit where it’s due. Overall: it works now, it gives good sensations, and it’s sturdy, but it’s not perfect. If you like something light and fuss-free, this might feel clunky. If you want a heavy, solid-feeling device and are okay with chasing support if anything goes wrong, then it could be fine.
I’ll keep using it and see how the replacement holds up, but I wanted to be honest: decent product, patchy support, battery and ergonomics could be better. Could improve, but not a total loss.

Cancellation request delay

I had a really annoying situation happen when I tried to cancel an online order on the weekend. Even though I asked to cancel it way before the workweek started, the company said they couldn't do it in time. So, I ended up getting charged a $25 fee that could have been avoided if they had better customer service. I was pretty let down and inconvenienced by their lack of help and slow response.

Replacement order

I had to contact customer service recently for a replacement order I never got. The USPS mistakenly dropped off the package at my neighbor's place. After a few back-and-forth emails trying to find it, I decided to reach out to customer service. Even though the mix-up happened, the Kiiroo team was super helpful and quick. They just needed my order number to send me a new package, and it was at my door the next day. I was really impressed by how efficiently they dealt with everything and I'm grateful for their fast and friendly customer service.

In just an hour, got confirmation that a new one was on its way, beauty! The support staff really went the extra mile, and now I'm a happy, loyal customer, eh.
