I really like the feeling of immersion in virtual reality, but it's a bummer when I don't get the support I need from customer service. It can be disappointing.

I had a really annoying situation happen when I tried to cancel an online order on the weekend. Even though I asked to cancel it way before the workweek started, the company said they couldn't do it in time. So, I ended up getting charged a $25 fee that could have been avoided if they had better customer service. I was pretty let down and inconvenienced by their lack of help and slow response.
