Faulty product and poor customer service
I was really excited after seeing all the buzz on social media about this product, but my experience turned out to be a total nightmare. I bought it back in November, and now it hardly even does the job. It's leaving weird marks on my skin and I don't feel comfortable using it anymore. I've been reaching out for a refund for over 2 weeks now, but they just keep pushing me to accept a replacement that I don't even want. Their customer service is just awful, and it seems like they couldn't care less about sticking to their money-back guarantee. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company!
IPL device, expensive, shipping issue, customer service problem, frustration
My experience with the company was pretty disappointing. I came across a recommendation from someone I follow online and thought I'd treat myself to an IPL device as a Christmas gift. The problem started when I tried to make the purchase on their website and it wouldn't let me because of my location in South Africa. After reaching out to customer service and finally managing to place my order, the device somehow got sent to the wrong address in Hong Kong. I tried to sort it out with Kenzzi, but all I got were delayed responses, unhelpful replies, and they even refused to give me a refund for their mistake. It was frustrating and I felt like I got ripped off for a lot of money because of their lack of responsibility and how poorly they handled the whole thing.
Late delivery Christmas gift
I ordered a Christmas gift back in November, and I paid extra for speedy delivery, eh. But, lo and behold, it's now January and the dang thing still hasn't shown up! I reached out to customer service two weeks before Christmas, and they insisted that the courier had dropped it off already, but they were dead wrong. Now, the tracking says it's chilling at the 7th hub of some partner. I've sent heaps of emails, but the customer service team has gone silent on me, eh. Honestly, I'd steer clear of this company, or at least do some serious checking of the reviews before pulling the trigger on a purchase.
Still waiting for a response
I've been waiting forever for a response from this company. It's so annoying to have to constantly bug them for info about my order. I've been patient, but now I'm fed up. I want this issue sorted out ASAP.
Hair removal device malfunction
The hair removal device I bought from this company is not working properly right out of the box, eh? I've tried everything to get it to turn on, but it's a no-go. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service through email, but all I've gotten back is a generic reply saying they'll get back to me soon. Getting pretty frustrated with the lack of help, so now I'm thinking of reaching out to my credit card company to see if I can get a refund, eh? It's really disappointing to feel like I've been taken for a ride by this company, you know?
Hair removal device
I bought this hair removal gadget and thought it was good, but turns out the tax wasn't even in the price. I had to fork over more cash to get it from customs! Plus, they didn't even hand me the receipt right there, I had to email them and wait ages. Like, seriously?! And when I inquired about returning it for my money back, they straight up said no. So now I'm stuck with this sketchy hair removal gadget that might not even work. Ugh!
Bundle of 3 items
So, I bought this bundle of 3 items from this company, and man, what a letdown. All three items were DOA - like, completely not working. And to top it off, the packaging was a total mess. I feel like they purposely did a shoddy job so they could blame any damage on the delivery. The quality of the products was super cheap, like, you could tell just by looking at them. Definitely check out some reviews before buying from them, cuz my experience was just awful.
