I found my favorite sweater from my youth at a store in London. The style is amazing and I was so excited to see they were celebrating their 40th anniversary. The quality of the sweater is really great and definitely worth the price.

I gotta say, the customer service at this store is amazing, eh? They really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. They're so friendly and polite, and they'll do anything to help you out. It's hard to come by such fantastic service these days, but this place has it down pat. It really changes how you feel about shopping there, eh?

My online shopping experience with this company was amazing. The customer support team was quick to respond and really helped me out. I had a question about my order and got an answer right away. Unfortunately, the delivery company seemed to have lost my return package, but the folks at this company dealt with it professionally and kindly. They even gave me a discount as a nice gesture. The return process at this place is a complete mess. I sent back my items on March 5th and today, March 26th, they still haven't gotten my package. On top of that, I couldn't even track the return, so I have no idea where it is. I contacted their customer service, and though they were nice, they couldn't tell me if it was normal for returns to not be trackable. This lack of information is really annoying. I don't know when I'll get my money back, and it's really making me not want to order from them again.

I'm so relieved that I finally received my stuff! There was a little confusion with the address, but Naomi from customer service was amazing. She kept me informed the whole time until my stuff arrived. I'm really pleased with the service I received.

I had an issue with my order from this company recently. My original order didn't come complete, and when I asked for a refund, it took a while to process. But, I have to say, the company was great at responding quickly to my emails. When I followed up about the refund, it was processed right away. To my surprise, they even added a bonus as a goodwill gesture. I've been a loyal customer of this company since 1982, and despite the small issue with my last order, they still show why they're a great company.
