Recent order issue with prompt resolution

I had an issue with my order from this company recently. My original order didn't come complete, and when I asked for a refund, it took a while to process. But, I have to say, the company was great at responding quickly to my emails. When I followed up about the refund, it was processed right away. To my surprise, they even added a bonus as a goodwill gesture. I've been a loyal customer of this company since 1982, and despite the small issue with my last order, they still show why they're a great company. Big thanks to Jess for handling my order concerns so well.
