I really love the clothes I got from this store. The quality is amazing and they fit perfectly. But I gotta say, trying to get a refund is a total nightmare. I shop online a lot and sometimes gotta send stuff back for different reasons. The return part is easy, but getting the money back is a pain. It takes forever and tons of talking to customer service just to get what's yours. Even if it's their mistake, getting a refund feels impossible. I sent something back over a month ago and still haven't seen any refund. This kinda inefficiency and not caring about customers is just not cool.

I had such a frustrating time dealing with the return process at this store, eh. It took them a whole 13 days just to let me know they got my items, can you believe that, eh? I tried sending emails and making phone calls, but no one bothered to get back to me. It was so annoying not knowing if they were even working on my return, you know?

I ordered some things and had to return them, but the packages got lost! I was so stressed because they were expensive. Luckily, this girl named Naomi was really cool and helped me get my money back. She's amazing!

My online shopping experience with this company was amazing. The customer support team was quick to respond and really helped me out. I had a question about my order and got an answer right away. Unfortunately, the delivery company seemed to have lost my return package, but the folks at this company dealt with it professionally and kindly. They even gave me a discount as a nice gesture. I'm thankful for their help and I hope the delivery company finds my package soon. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I got from this company.

The return process at this place is a complete mess. I sent back my items on March 5th and today, March 26th, they still haven't gotten my package. On top of that, I couldn't even track the return, so I have no idea where it is. I contacted their customer service, and though they were nice, they couldn't tell me if it was normal for returns to not be trackable. This lack of information is really annoying. I don't know when I'll get my money back, and it's really making me not want to order from them again.

I had an issue with my order from this company recently. My original order didn't come complete, and when I asked for a refund, it took a while to process. But, I have to say, the company was great at responding quickly to my emails. When I followed up about the refund, it was processed right away. To my surprise, they even added a bonus as a goodwill gesture. I've been a loyal customer of this company since 1982, and despite the small issue with my last order, they still show why they're a great company.
