Started ordering last winter, a bit wary at first — online photos can lie, right? First parcel arrived sooner than I expected and customer support answered a weird question so fast, honestly. I buy both online and in Paris stores; wish they'd ship via DHL to Rome though, that's the only real gripe.

Honestly, it worked out in the end but it was a headache — they only sent my order after I messaged them, and then finally agreed to DHL so I could get it before the wedding. I needed a specific jacket for my brother's wedding and I ordered well ahead, thinking the site shipped reliably, but the order just sat for days without an update. Their first reply gave me a DPD tracking number that would've taken ages to reach me (and I live a few hours from the city where the ceremony is), so that wouldn't cut it. I had to chase them, a couple of messages, polite but firm, and then one person actually arranged express shipping. I shouldn't have needed to do that, but hey, at least they listened once pressed.

I'm so relieved that I finally received my stuff! There was a little confusion with the address, but Naomi from customer service was amazing. She kept me informed the whole time until my stuff arrived. I'm really pleased with the service I received.
